Work in Progress…
WIP is an agriculture-led cooking project based in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Every night we prepare a new menu of 16-20 small courses for 10 guests that communicate the moment of the season, paired with wines produced with the same energy and ethos as our food. Just as the foraged and organically farmed ingredients we work with are in a constant state of evolution, each menu is unique to the night it is served.
A dining project above the lake…
This season, we are happy to announce that we will be cooking at Black Cat Bistro- a beautiful native-pine clad A-frame café poised up in the woods overlooking Keuka Lake. We hope you will find your evening with us to be special and of the moment, the sort of dinner you could only have here and now.
