Work in Progress…

WIP is an agriculture-led cooking project based in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Every night we prepare a new menu of 20-25 small courses that communicate the moment of the season, paired with wines produced with the same energy and ethos as our food. Just as the foraged and organically farmed ingredients we work with are in a constant state of evolution, each menu is unique to the night it is served.
