What are your hours/location?

WIP is open for dinner on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons at Black Cat Bistro-

Our dinner service begins at 6pm on Fridays and 4pm on Sundays. We invite you to join us for a cocktail or glass of wine on our deck beginning one hour before your reservation.

How much does the food menu cost?

This season, WIP will offer a food menu consisting of 16-20 unique dishes highlighting local ingredients served at their peak. The cost of the food menu is $95 per person.

Do you accept walk ins?

Reservations are required for WIP. Please visit our booking page to secure your table. Guests are notified of new reservation dates via our email list.

Tell me more about your beverage service…

We are happy to offer a wine pairing to accompany our cooking this season. Every night, a selection of 5 international wines will be selected from our cellar with respect to the ingredients we will be serving. Each wine comes from a producer who shares our respect for farming and quality. Each glass is meant to pair loosely with a specific section of the menu- we start with half-pours and top up the glasses until the next section of the menu is being served. Our wine pairing costs $55 per person. Guests also have the choice to select a wine from our pairing to have by the glass or to request a special bottle from our curated wine list.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Due to the format of our menu and the scale of our operation, it can be challenging to accommodate dietary restrictions at this phase in our development. If you or a dining partner have dietary restrictions, please get in touch with us prior to booking and we will do our best to find a date when the menu will be accommodating to your needs. 

Where is your menu?

Just as the ingredients we work with are in a constant state of evolution, so is our menu. You can expect many small courses, typically 16-20, each focused on just one or two special ingredients that are at their peak on the night you join us. Local, organic vegetables and dairy, wild foods, and pasture raised meats will all be served.
